Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Herb Tree, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes things might go unexpected during your ordering and shipping process.

To provide all our customers with peace of mind, in the event that you are dissatisfied with our products, please do email us at support@theherbtree.com or  “Contact Support” within 14 days upon goods received date. This is because we strongly believe in the quality and integrity of our products and want you to have the same reassurance too.

The following are some guidelines for our return policies:

REFUNDS

Refunds will ONLY be issued to order with products that are out of stock.  Our support team will contact you immediately if there is any out of stock products on your order list.

EXCHANGE

If you suspect your product is faulty or damaged during shipment, please “Contact Support” or email us at support@theherbtree.com with proof  of purchase. We will work with you to expedite the replacement of your item.

If we run into out of stock situation while processing your replacement item, we will offer store credit with the equivalent amount of your returned merchandise.

RETURNS

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damaged during transportation.

NOTE: There will be strictly NO refund/exchange/return for item due to personal preferences.
